PROCUREMENT

We understand that project success revolves around timely procurement and delivery of trades, equipment and materials. As the old saying goes, “Projects are truly at the mercy of their supply chain”.

We therefore establish procurement programmes for the timely selection and delivery of all the key materials, plant equipment and services required to undertake the works. Beyond planning the procurement process we actively foster partnering of our supply chain, dealing very closely with them during the lifecycle of the project to ensure timely delivery, value for money and after sales support are provided.

 

CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION

Successful project delivery is dependent on robust planning and monitoring of all activities throughout the project life cycle, we don’t believe in hiding challenges rather we deal efficiently with them as they arise in close coordination with the project stakeholders to identify and monitor the key milestones critical to the project in order to make certain delivery and provide piece of mind. At Preconstruction stage our integrated design and construction team will contribute actively to the detailed development of the project strategy. During construction our team will ensure that our subcontractor’s and specialist works are coordinated, planned and are fully developed into overall installation scheme to provide up to date information and relevant approved construction methods to enable ease of installation and safe working methodology, and meet overall design criteria and construction programme dates.

TESTING AND COMMISSIONING

The proof is in the pudding or commissioning so to speak, a successful project is one which not only looks like the client’s vision but functions and performs in lines with their needs and requirements.

To achieve this we compile detailed commissioning programmes, identifying durations, check points and sequences of the commissioning activities to ensure that all systems and components are designed, installed, tested and operate according to the Client’s requirements.

We can provide in house or third party commissioning management using reputable & established commissioning practices tailored to the client’s needs.
